Faceless Vixens (AMV) Update #1 - MKV Converting

Sooooooooo, yeaaaaaaaaaaaah... I'm back to the getting RAWs stage of the video because most of my footage was shy of 480p in terms of quality. I originally used Wondershare Video Editor in order to convert the .mkv videos into "RAW" .mp4, but the video quality was a bit lacking. So, because I'm a perfectionist when is comes to things like this, I finally took the time to use MKVExtract and MP4Box so now there is no loss in video quality what-so-ever. It seems like a lot to do, but it's easier to do than it looks. I'll link you guys to the videos that showed me how to do this which will have links to the programs that I used for the conversions.

Other than that, again, still thinking really hard about how to start this thing; probably over-thinking it. Might use the Shuugaku Toushi Keppuuroku OVA just because I have it. I'm interested in using some royalty free video for extra effects. And, well, just expect this thing latter rather than sooner because I need to look for a job.
